Paradigm Mall sits on Jalan Skudai in the Skudai district, about 10 minutes from JB city centre and 20 minutes from Woodlands, with direct access to the Skudai Highway, Pasir Gudang Highway, the North–South Expressway and the Second Link. Straight-line distances, approximate.

Yes. The fair is in Hall 1 of Paradigm Mall Convention Centre, inside Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru. It is an indoor hall. Follow the signs for the Convention Centre and our crew will guide you in.

Yes. Paradigm Mall has covered parking with over 4,000 bays across basement and elevated levels. Rates and payment methods are set by the mall. E-hailing drop-off is at the main entrance.

Yes, and we are actively recruiting. Student volunteers join the event crew across both days, working alongside the Talentbank team. You get a Talentbank certificate for your CV, perks on the day, and you meet employers before the doors open. Applications close on Wednesday, 30 September 2026. Apply to volunteer.

Absolutely. Paradigm Mall is about 20 minutes by car from Woodlands via the CIQ, and easily reached from across Johor by highway. Allow extra time at the checkpoint, especially on weekday mornings, and come early to beat the crowd.

Standard booths are open to any hiring organisation, allocated first-come by booking order. Sponsored booths are limited and by application, with priority placement, stage time and event-wide branding.
